While learning the trade throughout his childhood Mark would often be found on a tractor from an early age, now you’re more likely to find him on the phone coordinating with clients & organising the team. As Managing Director his focus is moving more into the overall operation of the company, with the ‘been there - understand that’ knowledge Mark holds. This makes him a key person to our business & empowered for a positive future.

After being in the business for over 30+ years, Tom brings a vast range of both knowledge and practical experience to our team. His experience, know-how and will do attitude has been a strong backbone in bringing our company to where it is today.
As Field Manager, his focus is not only getting the job well done, but also keeping the team on track while mentoring our new members.

Behind all good men you'll find a great woman at Goodin Ag this is Sam. After training in Hotel Management and few years hands on, then taking time out to nurture some children, Sam is heading the paperwork side of the business.
As Administration Manager she is your go-to for everything accounts or paperwork wise, supporting all the team and bringing it all together behind the scenes.

Kevin brings to us over 30 years of Electrical and Mechanical experience, with a notable talent to manage our growing fleet. As Workshop Manager, his focus is to ensure minimal downtime on the job, as our fleet is maintained to a high standard with the support of our core team. Kevin has great ability to maintain staff moral through the winter maintenance schedule and passes on understanding of how everything works under the hood.
